Shelley joined Vitalis Legal in 2022 and became a director in 2023.
Shelley was admitted to practice in 2014 and since this time has practiced in the areas of general commercial and commercial litigation. Shelley’s litigation experience includes commercial and contractual disputes, estate litigation and debt recovery. Her commercial practice focusses on assisting business clients manage legal risk through meaningful and accurate documentation.
Shelley regularly acts for clients involved in business sale transactions, for franchisees and mining service contractors and small to medium businesses across a range of industries including transport, mining, retail and agriculture.
Shelley takes a practical approach to each matter and works with her clients to ensure that their investment in legal services, is proportionate to the potential opportunity or amount in dispute so that the ultimate result is commercial in nature.
