Shelley has joined Vitalis Legal

We are delighted to welcome Shelley Davies as a new member of our legal team

Vitalis Legal is delighted to announce the appointment of Senior Associate, Mrs Shelley Davies to our team.

Shelley has litigation, property, and commercial law experience, having acted in matters before the Supreme Court of Western Australia, State Administrative Tribunal and the Liquor Commission.

She considers the best part of her job as drafting and negotiating agreements and is focused on providing clients with legal documents that are meaningful to them, protect their interests and accurately reflect the agreement reached between the parties.  Her experience is in drafting and reviewing a range of commercial documents including with respect to the corporate, mining, construction, and retails industries.

Shelley also has experience negotiating with Government regulators and has effectively guided clients to implement compliance strategies that may otherwise restrict business operations and hinder expansion opportunities.

When Shelley is not at Vitalis she enjoys running around after her toddler and two (cheeky) sausage dogs, Pilates burn and having friends over for a cook up!

Shelley holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Notre Dame, a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from Edith Cowan University and was admitted to practice in 2014.  Shelley has most recently been appointed to serve as a member of the Liquor Commission of Western Australia.

To make an appointment with Shelley, please contact our office on (08) 6244 4150.
